I was there for an oil change. It took an hour in total.

Been dealing with tire kingdom for over 6 years and I only had 1 bad experience and things were handled well thanks for great service

My roommate said that your support staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone their bent over backwards to make it a smooth experience, even when the tire balance was not quite right.

Very efficient and knew how to service an EV

The car was ready on time. A bit pricey for plugging a nail hole - $32.95.

Problem was solved without replacing brakes

Full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, battery check, everything was good. Next one at 129,300

Great service

Had vehicle in for electrical problems 3x. Battery was being drained of power. replaced IED Fuse box in the engine. then in again for drainage. replaced left driver side passenger lock switch, still being drained replace wiring harness to the door. No battery drainage at this time. Let's hope this has fixed the problem of van not starting.Shop Manager and Service manager worked their hardest in helping solve the problem.

Everything went smoothly, didn't take a long time

They did a great job with fixing most of my problems. Had to bring it back 2 days later for a recheck on the battery drainage. Waiting to make a decision on the repair costs for new ailment.

The manager Kenny and Brian were very helpful as always. They provided me with knowledge and constant updates on my request for service. I will continue to bring in my family's vehicles to this location as long as there are there. Highest possible rating for Kenny and Brian!

I had a 9 am appointment and they did not take my vehicle in until 12 noon. They did not check my tire pressure. This was the weekend staff
