I was traveling from NC to Orlando,FL (about a 7 plus hour drive). As we got to about 60-70 miles range left for the trip we got a flat and had to stop to get the tire replaced. Kenny and Travis initially mentioned that it may take a couple of hours due to not having an appointment (which totally made sense). When Kenny came out to look at the vehicle he noticed that I had two toddlers in the car and decided to have the tire replaced right then and there. Travis then swiftly changed the tire so we can get back on the road. I am so grateful for Kenny and his empathy because I didn’t know what I would do with the toddlers for a couple of hours. Awesome customer service and staff!

Initially went to get 2 new tire as they were not holding air, was then informed by Brian that there was just a screw in one, and the other was coming off of the bead. Much appreciated honesty that saved us money! Turned out to be a repair instead of replacing.
