I stopped in late Sunday afternoon to seek help for my flat tire. James was more than helpful even though they were jammed in the service space. He extended himself by pumping up my tires so I could make it back to my home. He suggested that I make an appointment online for one of the next few days. I did just that And brought my car back on Wednesday good morning. Although the place was jammed again on Wednesday morning, the manager took every step to make sure that I was handled timely and my flight was fixed, and the spare was put back where it belongs and my oil was changed. Thank you so much for the exceptional customer service.
