Service was great but wait time was ridiculous for something simple

The manager was very niceThe work is poor after leaving twice And returning Im still having an issue with the tire balance..I just drove 80 miles with my hands shaking on a brand new truck

The manager was very detailed in his explanation of the services being rendered. Worked with me on my choices and I as very accommodating

The reason I gave 2 star was because one of the mechanics told me that I need a new brake pad when in reality I didn't. I checked with two other reputable places and I was right. BTW my car has only 23k miles.

If you are a female I suggest you have your significant other call because The guy I spoke with was just rude. "

Service was awesome

My service person went above and beyond in making sure I was well taken care of and at peace with the service. I had a very bad week and this person made all the difference. I usually never fill these things but I had to because this was a really great experience. I feel the human touch has been lost in customer service and at the age of 47 I can remember when that mattered. In this rare instance it did. The gentleman waited for me to arrive and stayed later than he needed to. I really appreciate this. Thank you Tire Kingdom!

The guys were great. Impeccable customer service. I waited outside and watched them do an oil change and tire rotation on my car. They started the lug nuts by hand when putting the tires on. Unlike the last tire kingdom I went to where they cross threaded the stud. That location was off of davie road extension. I will never go to the davie rd store again. This location is sent from God. Thank you gentlemen for great work.

The manager did a great job taking care of me. Called last minute and still did the oil change by himself with no techs available. In and out in 10-20 mins max. Highly satisfied!
