This tire kingdom always does something wrong. Last time parts were left off and tools were left in cabin... This time, there was grease all over my doors and the tpms system on my tires stopped working. I hate that I ever go to this store and you should too.

Made a 12pm appointment dropped truck off at 1130, went to pick up at 130 and it wasn't even started.

I waited over 3 hrs even when I had an appointment time set.They did give me my service free and a free oil change but I did waste over 3 hours of my time.Dont think I will be going back

Nick was wonderful just the same service as my last purchase of tires. This is our second purchase with Nick and truly awesome to deal with as well as the other associates.

The guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They alerted me that Napa Auto Parts had to be called to have the oil filter brought to the shop so my wait time might be a few minutes longer than the expected hour. Other than that, the oil change went as expected.

Appointment was easily scheduled the night before appointment; arrived earlier than appointment time and shop was running ahead and the got my car in sooner than expected; I was taken out by shop manager and was explained what was causing squeaking sound, shown wear mars on rotors and was given expected pricing before repairs accomplished; parts were received from parts shop and installed within the hour; was explained on what to expect following brake installation; and additionally was greeted and checked out at counter with great customer service thanks to Mike and Nicholas
