I wanted to take my wife's car in to check breaks and told to take my autos to another Midas. It took Twitter and general manager to prove me wrong but business must be good if I can't return and u refuse My business . "

My break light came on in the car because something in the engine did not get covered.

Nicholas and the crew did an excellent job. The tries were mounted on the rims and indexed correctly. The DOT numbers were visible on the outside of the tire and rim and the pressures were set correctly.

Told 2 different prices, alignment wasnt done correctly and had to go back to get it corrected. Overall not a great

The service and professionalism of the staff was great. The waiting area was very accommodating.

Alignment was performed but when I dropped off at the shop the steering wheel was crooked to the right when driving straight. After leaving the shop steering wheel was crooked to the left when driving straight. Rotation was performed, however the correct wheel rotation pattern was not used. (The rear wheels were not crossed when moved to the front)

The Ford dealership told me I had to change both front hub assemblies and they did not have the factory parts on hand. They did not bother looking for aftermarket parts. I took to TK on Malabar. They told me only one hub had to be replaced. They fixed the prpblem for about 1/3 the price the dealership was going to charge. This ishow you keep customers coming back. I can't sat enough how much I appreciate over the years how this store has taken good care of us.
