They do not stick to the appointment schedule. I had a 12:00 appointment. It was over an hour after my appointment time before they started working on my vehicle. I had another appointment, 3:00pm, that I almost missed! I asked to have the weights put on the inside, stick on weights, of my wheels but they did not follow my request! The person, Bill, at the checkin counter seemed to be at a loss most of the time! Not my best experience by a long shot!

The associates Rigo and Dan were very nice. Rigo kept me up to date on timing. Dan was very nice when checking out.

We had a tire blowout right in front of the store and they replaced our tire right away on a Sunday. We were so impressed we returned to have the 3 other trailer tires replaced.

I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told it could be an hour to an hour and a 1/2 wait. I was not happy about that but Dan realizing that I wasn't happy got me in-and-out within 35 minutes.

When I took it the first time for the wheel alignment I was informed that I needed tires and was told it was dangerous for me to drive it and was charged for it even though I needed tires. I couldnt understand why I was charged when I needed tires..so I returned again with new tires and then they found something else that wasnt mentioned the first time...now makes me want to think..but in any case they did again the wheel alignment...this time I stood by watching... wasnt too please

Staff were very kind and attentive. I have come to this location to have my tires put on my vehicle before and had a good experience then so I came back when there was a nail in the tire. They fixed it with no problem and we’re very pleasant during the whole experience!
