The associate was very friendly, the time he told me it would take to work on my vehicle was very accurate. I was in and out at both checking in and picking up my vehicle.

This was the best experience I had with a service department in a long time. I scheduled my appt online, my vehicle was towed the night prior, I dropped off the keys first thing that morning and my appt was at 1;00pm. I was greeted with a friendly staff member who listened to my issue, and he let my know possible issues and solution. After my car was evaluated he called back let me know my options and when I could pick up my car! Absolutely the best service! Thank you Lauri

The man whom I talked to, Dan, was very clear with what needed to be done and how much it was going to be. He was really when I was running behind on picking my car. I really appreciate that. When I was unable to pay, he let me do it the next day.

Rather than overestimating how quickly they would have my job done, they underestimated. Was told it would be ready around 2 pm, but it was actually done at 11am. Definitely made for a nice surprise.

This is my second time here and everyone has been professional, caring, and thorough with the services. But the guy that serviced me Dan is top notch - genuinely kind and friendly. He does and excellent job going above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and all questions are answered. He carefully took his time to educate me about everything I had inquired about today in my visit. Thank you again Dan and everyone here at tire kingdom I appreciate your services and will from now on recommend everyone I know that’s looking for services.

Did not check tire pressure after rotating tire. Tire pressure light was on and tires were low. Took 2 hrs for a tire rotation and oil change

Dan was amazing during my visit to Tire Kingdom. He went out of his way to make sure he understood the problem and then made sure I was comfortable while I waited. He updated me each step of the way and made sure I was aware of price and service before proceeding. My service was completed quicker than expected. I am very satisfied with this location and Dan’s customer service in particular.
