Used free oil change from previous visit with no issues. However they never rotated my tires as requested.

These guys are my friends, and they always take care of me. I recommend this tire kingdom all the time to other people.

I purchased 4 new tires for my car. They had the job completed in about an hour and 15 minutes, so I was pretty happy about that. However, when I started my car, the PSI in each tire was at 38, when right on the door panel, it clearly listed 30 for each tire. For a business whose primary transaction involves tires, you would think they would get that right the first time. They did correct it once I brought it to their attention.

Staff was wonderful to deal with and with quick repairs.

Regrettabbly, Tire Kingdom has a bit of a problem recording the correct mileage when theynpost to CarFax ... actual odometer for this service on 6/8/16 was 41,646. The work performed was mount my existing tire (purchased from them back in march) on the new 17inch aluminum rim purchased from Hyundai. They also re-set the check engine light dashboard indicator, but that didnt work as light is still on. Need to bring car back so they can run a computer check to figure out why light still comes on even after they replaced what was said to be a faulty emissions sensor back in March. Graded fair but that is really meaningless .... have no real issues with this store. Recording correct mileage is not a biggie, I am confident they will eventually figure out the emisssion system for this car.

This place specializes in tires, but every time I get my tires rotated or front end alignment, the pressure in my tires is never correct. on this last service, the tires had 31, 33, 34, 32. All four had different amounts. Every time this happens.
