It was discovered that there was an internal component in the battery ( old age as battery was almost 4 yrs old) that caused failure ( couldn't hold charge). New battery installed. good troubleshooting by Tire Kingdom !!! (83342 mi.)

I had an appointment for one pm on a Saturday. The lot was jam filed and I was told that there was a two and a half hour wait. I said the work was just a headlight bulb and that I had the bulb. The employee was able to get it done in one hour although he was not allowed to install the bulb I brought. I was impressed at the courtesy and efficiency shown. I do feel that the online system should not schedule many more cars than the location can handle in a timely manner.
