This location needs more employees. I waited over 3 hours for my tires to be rotated, aligned and balanced, and to have a brake light replaced. Outrageous! Three days later I reviewed the CARFAX to see the updated service report and Tire Kingdom omitted some of the work I paid for as well as the vehicle's MILEAGE.

I went there to get a oil change. After they finished original job I was told my oil was leaking. Leaving assuming I been had this issue. Never was documented like most places they said it verbally. A part on my car was stripped had to get it fixed because a gun was used to put oil in my carWas told by several people the job wasnt done correctly .the worst experience

Finally someone did try to sell me something since i have a warranty

The service was bad starting by the manager. I checked my car oil level before i left and it was below minimum level. I went and spoke to the manager and he told me to drive it outback to have it checked. After 20 minutes of waiting to have my car checked i went back in the front office and was told he had left. I told one of the employees about the issue, he checked it and told me that he would add the missing oil. Well it took 3 quarts and my car takes 5. So i do not recommend this tire kingdo
