I had previously scheduled a service date and arrived early for my 3pm appointment. I waited for a hour noticed that my car had not been moved or servicedI had to retrieve my keys as I had another appointmentI left without service.Subsequently I rescheduled and they performed the service. I had received a $20.00 debit card from Tire Kingdom and activated the card. It wouldnt work and the agent didnt seem to want to authorize it.He would not authorize it and I paid it 100% not happ

Service was very good

Left hood unlatched and didnt realize until driving.Also, rotated tires (newish) and car now shakes at higher speeds.

The service was great. Anzor Schneider did a great job explaining the pricing and time frame it would take for the service. He also gave me a rebate to use for the unexpected break pads and rotors I had replaced.

No communication no mask no gloves no road test mileage was wrong didnt need a wheel alignment
