A real person (Bill) answered instead of Robots. He was knowledgeable and not pushy and was accommodating and easy to work with.

Friendliness and knowledgeable of the manager (Bill). Took his time, got me in earlier and the crew complete the work sooner than expected. Manager took the rime to explain the current charges and gave me a proposal for work that needs to be done. Never created a false sense of emergency to get the work done "tomorrow". I always feel comfortable at Tire Kingdom at 100 E Hillsboro, Deerfield Beach.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Mulvey the Manager of this location. I met him the first day he took over from the previous manager. My arrangements were with the former manager but Bill accommodated me fully. That was for a filter/oil change. He had to order the filter and immediately notified me once it arrived. He was very professional, friendly and ready to help. At this visit he informed me that I needed 4 tires but I could afford to wait 5000miles to do so. He did not in anyway try to get me to do this immediately as others would have done. Yesterday, I phoned bill and asked him to order the 4 tires. Much to my surprise he got the tires in today and booked an appointment for an immediate installation. You have an excellent person in Bill who is pleased to advise and be of assistance. I am pleased to tell you how refreshing it is to work with Bill. He never stops smiling and giving his best of service along the way. Please recognize him accordingly. I have visited the particular Tire Kingdom several times previously, for minor and mayor service. Every single time the people in charge have been straight forward and clear about their service and helpful. I have purchased tires, batteries, oil change as well as the most recent service.

I have a TK lees then a mile from me but I would rather go 4 miles farther to the BEST TK because of the employees.
