Price. Tire was only 2 weeks old with screw near the side wall . Had to buy new tire. $136.98.

This location has a service problem. Chris the manager was the only one who was able to assist me, but unfortunately, he was not there all the time. Customers were waiting for 9 hours for tires, and the other manager didn't seem to care. They couldn't even answer the phone when I had to call to see if my car was finally ready (even though they were supposed to call me). Perhaps it was a busy time, but customer service is critically important to me, especially when there are many games in town.

Disappointing. Seems the COVID-19 virus is being blamed for incompetence. Bought tires on Sunday and have them mounted on Monday. Delivery from warehouse would be 12:30. I show up at 1:00 and was told the truck doesn't arrive until 2:30-3:00. They would be make sure I was the first to know that the delivery took place. At 4:00 I return to hear "They just came in 20 minutes ago. Okay, install them. To which the reply was it was too late. Closed at 5:00Didn't get car until 2:30 Tues.

I was the very first client at 7am and I still waited 2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change... Customer Service is horrible

Really bad service, they broken my tire sensor and not fixed , really slow service more than 4 hours to change 2 tires people there talk half hour and work 5 minutes its incredible how they play whit your time worst place ever
