I came in with an almost completely flat tire. Nail was in a position that would not allow a patch/plug to be used. Had to purchase new tire. The one I needed was in stock, all was explained completely and in a timely manner. I was only 30 minutes late for work. It could have been much longer. Thank you.

I had a nail in my tire that was loosing air. I stopped by to get it repaired. I was greeted by Shelly Welsh she was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me that it would take about an hour to repair and since I just bought my tires there two months ago there would be no charge to me to patch. An hour later Jeff Changeux called me up and told me my car was ready. I went in to get my car and Jeff explained what they did and closed out my paper work. I have dealt with Jef before and he is also very friendly and helpful employee. Kevin Hughes is a great manager and his staff is top notch. Keep up the good work. I will continue to use this tire kingdom for all my automotive needs.

Service was excellent. Overall experience was pleasant. I opted for leaving my vehicle there and returning after it was serviced. I got a call and everyone was friendly and polite. I’ve been coming to this particular location for about 2-3 years now. I work in the area so it’s easier to go to that location but I’d drive 40 minutes just for the overall service at this particular location.
