I believe service was good and the wait time was actually little. The agent told me that I have about few thousand miles before I reach the tires' warranty (40,000). I had requested alignment, but no report was printed out to me. They told me that they assumed I would buy new tires, so there's no need to perform double alignment. Which makes me wonder if they did any of the tire rotation or alignment... I'm buying new tires soon, but I still worried about the above...

Carlos the store manager was great gave me options on tires and made it easy to purchased them.

The only young counter attendant, doesn't known any thing about car services, He should take some training before suggesting any car repair

I had a blow out and called George Denia, customer sales associate. He took me in 15 minutes before closing and replaced the blow out and another tire that was in danger of blowing out. I am grateful for his professionalism and courtesy and willingness to assist me in my time of need so close to the closing time of 4pm. I will be back within a week or two to get a third tire and an alignment done. Thank you, George, for your help. You have gained a new regular customer.
