I had some major issues with the location on Indiantown Road and Old Dixie HWY in Jupiter. After 4 visits to that location and three calls into the corporate customer service line I received a call back from another location manager in Juno Beach named David. David listened to my grievances and after seeing what the best location for me to bring my car to would be he set up and appointment at the Saint Lucie West location closest to my new home in Port Saint Lucie. Once I arrived at the location and met Michael and the store manager, Carlos, I was in great hands! They listened to me (something the store manager at the Jupiter location refused to do) and easily identified my problems that the other location failed to for over 6 months. David, Michael and Carlos all brought my faith back in regards to Tire Kingdom. After the experience at the Jupiter East location I was so bummed I had chosen to open a credit account with the company. Now I can't wait to pay off my balance and get to Carlos and Michael to buy a 100,000 mile maintence and new tires and alignment on the car. They are great and I really appreciate all their help and customer service.

I have been using Tire Kingdom services for well over 30 years. This location is not the most convenient to my home, however, it is one of the BEST Service Centers I have ever visited. Michael Leger the Sales Associate who greeted me when I first walked in the store was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I there for a scheduled routine oil change & tire rotation, after checking they recommended back brake pads, to which I agreed. They stayed within the time frame they said it would be to complete the work. I will definitely go back to this location for all future, tire rotations, purchases and oil changes.
