Clean and well organized facility, awesome staff

KD was an excellent party planner. He was always pleasant, and very kind. They served the entire party. I was able to enjoy the party!

The Birthday staff was extremely helpful and they kept me updated at all times.

Great price for party. The party attendant was AWESOME! It was not obnoxiously loud like other trampoline parks.

I was highly satisfied with my sky zone party experience because everything was explained thoroughly. I also loved how genuine the team that was assisting me was. Even though there was a slight communication I love how the staff was quickly able to accommodate me.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the loudness of music in party area.

We didn’t start on time because it felt like the team was holding us back until the exact minute of our time and we ended up starting 4 mins later - which wouldn’t be a big deal except when time is up, you don’t get 4 extra mins. I mentioned this in my survey when cashing out and they offered our party to jump a few more mins more and it was very much appreciated! Every minute counts when you pay that much for a party. I would recommend 1hr and 15 mins jump time and 45 mins in the party room. The full hour in the party room isn’t necessary and the kids just wanted to go back and jump. Everything was fantastic- all staff super friendly- awesome experience! I will book again in the future.
