Our sales man Mark was very helpful and knowledgable about the products we were interested in. He wasn’t pushy or judgmental about why we didn’t want a mattress with goose feathers?

The store was very highly presented and clean. The gentleman who served me was really helpful and knowledgable with regards to the products and what suited me the best. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was greeted at the door and was offered assistance. I was attended to politely and even offered a drink. I was shopping for a new matress and was promptly and professionaly assisted. I was impressed by by Georgias manner. She was very discreet which some people would appreciate when trying different beds. Thank you Georgia (westwood cross).

Georgia was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable without being pushy. She should be highly valued as a team member because it’s not easy finding people like her to represent a company and seem like they actually care about providing a great service.

Georgia was extremely professional when I first went to the store she explained everything very well & printed out the prices of 3 mattresses that I was interested in. I then returned at a later date & Don was as helpful as Georgia was I made my purchase I was offered a bottle of water while my purchase was completed. I was more than happy with the service I received
