Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Explained what I wanted, showed options in my price range and more at important I did not feel rushed or corralled into anything. Resulting in a very happy customer.

The problem was totally out of control of the Manager. it is a new store & their were issues with the internet whilst placing the order. The Manager did everything he could to rectify the problem a big well done to him.

The assistant we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. (Think he was the store manager)

Headboard was out of stock and do not know when it will be available

Assistant manager was excellent, polite and knowledgeable. I think it would be better if you had some covering over the beds that could be easily wiped down after use.

You didn’t have single mattresses available to view! The mattress I wanted had a long (too long) lead time to delivery! The mattress I finally ordered had a 4 day delivery time!
