I first purchased a bed from Dreams around 2014, and was so very disappointed with the after sales service, as I had a problem with the bed, which took around 3 months to rectify and many calls to pin down someone to get it sorted. I did say at the time I would never step foot in one of your stores again. My wife convinced me to try again and was very pleased with the customer service from the member of staff that dealt with us. Her name is Georgia and is a credit to the company.

We knew what we wanted and the bed we ordered met our needs

We went to Dreams in Westwood cross Thanet and Georgia was very friendly and very helpful, she gave us the time to think about our options and didn’t forget to come back to us.

Georgia and don were so friendly and professional. They helped us find our perfect mattress and offered reassurances incase it didn’t work out for me. I am disabled and they were very very helpful and lovely people.

The dream colleague (Amy) was very friendly and helpful, particularly in informing me with which bed would suit me best, as well as the ease of ordering the bed.

Dan was nice and friendly and spoke to us while the computer was loading for the credit check and things like that so it actually felt like it went quicker than it did. Dan helped us out with getting an order delivered and assembled out of the window in which my daughter goes for a nap which was what really made the difference in the service ! My daughters routine is crucial and because dan was able to get this sorted around my daughters naps that’s what sealed the deal and encouraged us to get the bed on the day and pay for assembly!
