Dan was brilliant with helping us find the perfect mattress. He gave us privacy when needed and was a fountain of knowledge. The use of the electronic mattress which detected our ideal comfort levels was also a brilliant feature.

This was our first time purchasing a bed ourselves, so we wanted the best, but it's hard to know what the best is when you're out of your depth. Thankfully, Donald, Georgia and the other stuff in-store were incredibly helpful and understanding. We tried the machine that provides a variety of options that best fit you, which we though was fantastic! We're incredibly happy with the overall experience and our purchase, it's difficult sleeping in our current bed knowing just how much more comfortable we were with the bed we purchased! We can't wait!

We were first served by a Georgia on our initial visit and a very tall (6'8') Gentleman who's name has slipped my memory on our second visit when we made our purchase. On both occasions we could not have received a better service. They were polite knowledgeable and patient with us with all our questions.
