We were met at the door to he store by a charming young lady,who made us feel very much at ease,and within a few minutes understood our requirements in our search for a particular type of mattress .She was very clear in explaining the various differences between them,giving us plenty of choices to choose from.We at no time felt rushed in making our choice ,she insisted that we try out a number of different beds,from soft to firm so that we were able to choose one that really suited our requirements.

The young lady Georgia that assisted in buying a mattress was excellent and very informative along with providing all the offers available to us so we could make a quick and easy decision. She and her manager were very good.
