Overall great experience Mark was knowledgeable about all products, and with ease narrowed our choice down to 2 products from us to choose from at the end. Even managed to sell us on some amazing pillows

Mark listened to what we required and was very knowledgeable about the products he told us about and he didn't waste time trying to show us products we did not want. He was friendly but professional in his approach for the whole time we were in the shop.
