We were greeted by Georgia at the door with a lovely smile and welcome saying come on in , we were offered free water on a hot day was a pleasure , plenty of covid rules inside the store hand sanitizers etc. We explained what we required, a mattress for our daughter who was coming to live with us, she showed us 3 and explained all the four and against the best one for us very happy with what we ordered well done

Overall great experience Mark was knowledgeable about all products, and with ease narrowed our choice down to 2 products from us to choose from at the end. Even managed to sell us on some amazing pillows
