From the second I entered the store I was attended to and listened to for what I was after. I was told of the offers in the store and felt comfortable. I wasn’t rushed or ignored. I was offered water as it was a hot day and given PPE when I wanted to sample the products.

Greeted by Georgia who was very welcoming. She offered us sanitizer and a bottle of water. We used Sleepmatch which was explained to us very well. WE were given a pillow and protective paper - all covid measures. We did not feel under pressure to make a purchase. She was very polite and professional. Five star service.

Excellent customer care in the shop. Not so happy with on-line as I was not able to order my bed without having to order a mattress, which I sourced elsewhere.
