I was highly satisfied with the service, as both employees Georgia and Caitlin gave me a lot of patience, and really shared their knowledge on the product, gave me water and really explained the finance option to me.

We had the very lovely Georgia help us with everything we needed. She knew all the answers to our questions and really explained everything to us

From the moment we entered for the first time out of 3 times in a week to be greeted by Don who also remembered us and dealt with us during the other 2 visits, we had an outstanding experience which is why we wanted to be dealt with the manager Don who was excellent rather shopping in benson for beds next door. Don and all the other colleagues were extremely friendly and knowledgable, and listened to our requirements and budget in finding a new mattress. Understanding our needs through the sleepmatch machine and even showing us the tempur cool pillows which we purchased 2!! Payment and ordering was quick and professional and we were offered water whilst we waited. We went with the extra warranty scheme after being clearly discussed by the manager. Quick delivery options as well which is great. Thank you to Don, we look forward to enjoying our mattress and hopefully help our aching backs!

We had the manager (Mark I think it was) helping us when we went in store. He was exceptionally friendly, very knowledgeable about all the products, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We made 2 separate visits and he assisted us both times. He was very honest and wasn't pushy at all. Would highly recommend Dreams as a result of the service received from him

We were helped on the phone at our local store and when going to the shop to l ook at the recommended product your colleague remembered the phone call and straight away pointed us in the correct direction. He was also very clear when filling in the order form and very cheerful.
