Approached as soon as I enter the shop. Explained what I wanted and Dan guided me through the options after I was analysed by the computer thingy. I was shown and allowed to try recommend options with Dan explaining details of each option.

There was only one member of staff on duty, yet there were several customers. He managed to share his time between customers in an efficient and friendly manner, without seeming that anyone felt ignored.

Mark soon determined our needs and appreciated our priorities. The choices which he thought would suit met our criteria and the option we chose has, so far, been most satisfactory. Throughout our visit we felt comfortable, unpushed, considered and very well served. Thank you.
