The Dreams advisor who helped me in store was Mark Newell who was very helpful, polite, offered me a drink and was very caring and attentive.

Myself and my boyfriend were highly satisfied with the one to one customer service and felt like mark the manager at dreams in thanet was amazing at giving us many options and background on each product. We felt like the safety within the store was top quality and although the situation with covid we had a very normal and amazing experience with top quality safety measures in place.
