Ably assisted by Caitlin. Knowledgeable about products and gave the right amount of guidance without being pushy. Allowed us time and space to make our own decisions.

Mark, the salesman was knowledgeable, obliging, went out of his way to accommodate our requirements, & was polite & courteous. We did not feel that he pressurised us in any way.

Assistant was very helpful and took the time to explain all the different types of mattress’s offered us water and was very polite

Georgina greeted me shortly after I entered to enquire if I needed assistance, a few minutes later she saw me still looking around and offered to help. She Offered me a drink and informed me about the sleepmatch which tried out. She then showed me several tempur mattresses which i tried out. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable and professional throughout. She spent approximately 30 minutes with me. She showed me the to matching pillows which I purchased along with the coldtouch original Elite. An excellent experience which made me feel confident and comfortable, after spending, what for me was a considerable attention of money

Don, the Broadstairs store Manager, was excellent, we were also greeted warmly on entry by Staff member Dan. Sadly for us and the staff the computer system is painfully slow and does not support the excellent service we received. This was not due to staff input but the antiquated way that info has to be repeatedly put in without ability to duplicate. We came to Dreams as we are so delighted you are UK based and manufacturing, please update your computer system!

We were served by Mark at our local store in Broadstairs. Mark was very helpful and listened to what we required. He made suggestions but was not at all 'pushy' but gave us various options to consider. He was attentive, polite and patient.

I was served by Dan, who greeted us straight away. He took us to the sleep match bed and offered us both a drink. We were then given our own pillows to try the mattresses. Overall was great customer service and gave us a discount which led to a great deal.

Georgia was very helpful and the overall experience was excellent.
