From the moment I walked into the store I was treated incredibly well by the staff. Everything was explained Really well about how to choose a bed. Georgia and her colleagues made the whole process really easy and we’re incredibly upbeat despite facing a month of furlough. Thank you for exceptional customer service!

The gentleman called Don was helpful right from when I entered the store. I only found out when I returned to place my order that he was actually the store manager. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very pleasant and invited me to experience the test to see what mattress would be suit my posture which only took 3 minutes!! The store was clean and the use of sanitiser and ppe was very good. Overall 11/10 5*

We was greeted by don upon arrivel at the store in broadstairs,he was very welcoming friendly and very knowledgeable about what dreams do to help you choose the right bed for you . He made my mother who is 80 very welcome she hadn't had a new mattress for over 20 years !! She felt comfortable and very relaxed he explained everything to her about the beds and mattress they do and helped her choose the right one for her.

We were assisted by Dan at your Westwood Cross, Broadstairs store and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and eagerness to help. Dan listened to what we were looking for and suggested the Dreams sleep-match service, which we were highly impressed with. It matched my husband and I with the most comfortable beds ever!
