We genuinely could not have had a better experience in store. The gentleman who looked after us looked after us so well and we were absolutely delighted. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was so helpful. He made sure we got an incredible deal on a great mattress which is perfect for our needs and he even sent us homes with some pillows and a mattress cover included in the deal and carried out the mattress to our van for us. He truly went above and beyond and our day was completely made. Thank you!

I was served by the Manager Don at the Westwood store Ramsgate. He was extremely helpful kind and considerate. One thing I must say I took my daughter with me who used your facilities, she was very impressed how spotlessly clean they were. Exceptional. Don was very very helpful and dealt with queries easily.
