Excellent service, friendly staff

It was easy to find what I needed. Not too many people so I could try out mattresses as I liked.

The sales assistant Dan, was very attentive and super helpful. we got a great deal on the mattress as would absolutely recommend it to my friends. Usually sceptical but proved very wrong. Well done.

The staff member that served us was very knowledgable about the product and helpful, she was quick with sorting out our order.

Don was full of useful information and helped keep an eye on our 1 year old boy .

The man who helped us ( Dan I think), was polite, friendly and informative. He told us how we could select different bases, mattress ext, and let us browse as long as we needed. Once we selected out choices, he was quick and friendly whilst getting the order done at the desks. We felt very happy with the whole visit, well informed of return policies, and confident in our purchase.

Dan was very accommodating. He gave us all the information we needed and also gave us our space and time to discuss between ourselves and try the mattresses again. He didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision and was very friendly.

Knowledgeable and friendly person who stuck to the covid rules while showing explaining and being very patient while I tested most of the mattresses in the showroom.

We were served in the broadstairs branch by Georgia. She could not have been a more professional assistant. She made sure we were comfortable, offered us water, and truly made us feel that we really mattered to her. She is an exceptional assistant and we were very glad she greeted us when we entered the shop. Her knowledge was second to none and her demeanour is so welcoming.
