I was treated as a valued customer, greeted at the entrance to the store and offered refreshments. I set out in broad terms my requirements and was confidently shown goods which matched my needs. At no time did I feel pressured into a particular line and was given every opportunity to review the options and arrive at my own conclusions. As my thought processes evolved and my requirements modified, I was shown items appropriate to my revised needs. Your colleague was personable, knowledgeable and most helpful

Georgia was outstanding. From the moment she welcomed me in store I felt confident with her. I was buying an expensive mattress, but her knowledge and assurance gave me confidence the product was right for me.

Staff gave support with our requirements then gave us time and space to look and try the beds. He had good knowledge and explained his answers to our questions.

A young lady called Georgia served us, she was pleasant, efficient and understanding of my painful situation. She gave good advice and was very helpful.

We were met by a friendly member of staff, who after we explained what we were looking for took us directly to the bed base. A full explanation was given of the product and demonstration of how to use it.

Mark the assistant manager was fabulous. His knowledge was great as was his sense of humour. There was a technical issue and him and Joe went above and beyond to help us find another store who could do our finance. They succeeded. It was a pleasure shipping there. I did not feel under any pressure at all.

We went with specific requirements and were listened to. We were given a choice of suitable products in various price ranges with the product specifications given to explain price differences. Would definitely go back.
