An employee explained what a new item was to me. They were quick. They were efficient.

We LOVED La Madeleine!!! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure the tables are not "sticky." That is the only thing I noticed could improve!

Food is always very good!!! Sometimes the French coffee is cold, or not enough!! And the tables are very sticky, they are clean, but what they use to clean them leaves them very sticky and is very uncomfortable, napkins get stuck, your plates and cups get stuck!!!

I was greeted politely & cheerfully and my order was taken immediately. The employees were focused on service - to me and to cooperatively preparing a large catering order. Their working together “invited me in.”

we come there nearly every week for a get together and are always treated well.

Overall experience has been top notch. From the time I walked in, placed my order and turn around time was simply impressive. Food's presentation and taste were right on the money

Set an was fabulous. Made sure I had everything I had everything I needed.

Ordering was quick and friendly service. Very clean dining area. Food was hot and delicious as always.
