Great service and high quality food

Ease of ordering and the patience my customer service person had with me was good. I had a very complicated order and she helped me tremendously. I would like to have an opportunity to use this order towards my reward points if possible. Is there a way I can get credit for this through my account?

I ordered the lunch over the phone; the woman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me with all of my requests. In addition, the person who made the delivery was helpful and friendly; he set the lunch up on the credenza to look good and go with the flow of the lunch line. I was sent emails to look over the order and confirm that this is what I ordered. The sandwiches were delicious.

Overall the experience was very pleasant.

They were incredibly accommodating when I called because I was stuck in traffic. They pushed back my delivery time without any issue wahtsoever. Best Customer service I have received in a very long time. The manager at that local was very nice and professional.
