I was first at the bakery counter and waited over 10 minutes to place an order for a loaf of bread one woman was working, 3 others standing around looking bored - i asked several times can I go to the food line & will they get the bread & I can pay - The one woman who was working said "just a minute maam" for over 10 minutes Ridiculous when there are people waiting

My order was promptly taken by a friendly associate. The chocolate croissant tasted great; it’s my favorite! The restaurant was clean and tidy. The areas were well marked for social distancing. There was a very nice selection of “to go” foods in the grab & go refrigerated case in the bakery area. I hope to be back soon!

The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. They got my order out fairly quickly. The girl at the register also remembered my name from previous visit when I introduced myself. I am part of a small group that meets at this La Madeleine and have been doing so for about a year. I believe that we will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

I like this since it is close to my home and I also like the staff that works at this café. The food is always good and I love the coffee.

The restaurant is consistently cleaned and well stocked. Food is prepared timely. The staff is friendly with a more neighborhood feel rather than a chain type restaurant.

Employees are extremely friendly. Quality of food excellent.
