Food was very good. The price was very reasonable. The alcohol menu was very reasonably priced and the Mimosa was a fun experience.

Brook, our server, was excellent. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We choose laMadeleine over other breakfast places for the CROISSANTS! When they are served fresh and hot, they can’t be beat! (We have only been served not-fresh not-hot croissants once on a previous visit. The server placed them for us.)

Asked to substitute a salad in exchange for the soup on the Café Sampler. No additional charge mentioned but showed a charge on ticket.Was removed when noted.

The dining room was very hot, as though the air conditioner system was not working! Very uncomfortable.

Went for breakfast. Enjoyed what I had but would have liked to see more one the menu. For example, small salad included with Quiche or meat or eggs included with waffle.

They had run out of what I came specifically to the cafe for, the new Beef and potatoes dish. Also the bathroom stall I was in had no toilet tissue and the bathroom needed a deep cleaning.

I am unhappy with the change in seating the customer by a host and having a wait staff come to the table and take the order. I have been going to la Madeline for almost 30 years and I prefer going to the line and ordering from there.

The ordering over the phone was very displeasing. This is a restaurant and they have you going through a answering machine and you stay on hold quite a while before call is picked up by a live person.
