Tracy greeted us super nicely and welcoming. She showed us all the charm and bracelet options and allowed me to try on the bracelet. She showed me a few options in store before I settled for what I wanted.

When I arrived Sherly and staff were very attentive to me and my needs. They were completely understanding of what I needed and offered advice as needed. My purchase was made at the Pandora store in the Hudson Navy yards mall. The sales associate that assisted me was Briana. She is amazing and so personable! She took her time with me and showed me everything I wanted to see with such care and kindness. What a wonderful sales associate you have in that store!! Thanks Briana!
