Jeanette (store lead) educated me on Pandora charms and their purpose for the bracelet. She walked through everything with me and even had the Star Wars charms. The Hudson Yards location is the prime example of customer service.

I visited this store because one of my newest charms had broke, I thought it was under my mothers account but it wasn’t. The helpful lady helped me narrow down which account it was in , helped me narrow down the day , and was able to replaced my broken charm

My Sales Person Jeanette was amazing. Jeanette worked over the phone with me to help me find what I was looking for. Jeanette was smiling happy and took care of me right away as soon as i came into the store.

During my Pandora visit the workers were really kind and helpful. The quality of my merchandise was very good! I’m very satisfied with my experience.
