Stephanie is excellent in knowledge and massaging skills. I look forward to my massage every month.

The front desk girls were so welcoming and nice. My wait time for appointment was almost non-existent. April was AMAZING, it felt like I was in there for 20 minutes not an hour. I could have stayed all day, I was very comfortable. I cannot wait to schedule another one. I've already told all my friends they need to go.

I've been going to the same location for over. Year now. I always leave feeling relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment. Will be back again next month.

The receptionists are always welcoming and professional. They are patient when I need to schedule my next appointment (or at times, re-schedule when a scheduling conflict occurs). Stephanie my regular massage therapist is outstanding! She is so knowledgeable, her massage techniques are perfectly suited for my needs, and she is the consummate professional. I came to hand and stone because she works there. Also, the managers are very excellent to work with and if I have a questions, they are there with the answers! The ambiance is also delightful. Regrettably during this past visit, there was a rude visitor of a customer who had extremely loud, disruptive and extended cell phone conversation in the seating area. (It was not an urgent call.) I do realize staff cannot control this. Perhaps small signage about no cell phone use i.e., conversations might be helpful? This was the first time I had experienced this. I will end my comments with "I adore Hand and Stone and its staff!!!

It was my first visit to Hand and Stone. I was highly impressed with the professionalism of the front desk staff. Sandy (and another lady who was amazing I didn’t get her name) greeted me with professionalism and kindness. They offered me a beverage right away. I felt amazing from the door! It was not a very nice day outside that day but those two ladies were like a ray of sunshine in all ways! Then Pei was my massage therapist. She was extremely professional and truly has magical hands! Pei was absolutely amazing! My body is completely renewed! I would recommend someone giving Pei a massage for how wonderful she was for me!! I felt like true royalty the entire time I was there. Every person I encountered was phenomenal. Kudos and gratitude to the entire team! Thank you ☀️
