Penn National Race Course

I ordered a coffee from the machine. When it arrived to me it was like warm at best and I waited a long time for the drink to come. I don't mind it as much when they are busy but there was hardly anyone there.

Too crowded, and slots were too tight. Many people were smoking in a non-smoking area.

I am a regular to visit penn national! I don't visit as often because you can't ever seem to find a waitress when you want one and when we visit the restaurants they don't have enough wait staff to work! You wait forever to be seated when there are plenty of open tables because they are short on staff!! The gambling is so hard to win! It's like your money is gone and you haven't even gotten to play! I understand it's gambling but they have it so you don't even enjoy it anymore! If you go and can play awhile it's a lot more fun but you can't play! I haven't seen or heard of any big winners and I hear others complaining a lot as well!
