Hand and Stone

Megan did a great job. I was there for a Relaxation Massage and she met all my needs, kept talking to a minimum and did the full body massage...including my feet. The main issue I have is when I signed up for the membership there were many options for appointments and therapists. In the last couple of months there's been roughly 3 to choose appointments for and you have to book 2-3 weeks out. My husband is a police officer and we have 2 young children which makes my time slots limited and I really liked the flexibility of booking a few days in advance.

Friendliness of front staff and my therapist was highly professional and tended therapy to spots of discomfort!

Massage is always incredible. Checkout process is easy. Not enough time slots available for appointments tho. My previous therapist left and there was no communication about that which sucked.

The setting was attractive. Reception staff were friendly. Esthetician was skilled and explained what she was doing.

The receptionist was incredibly lovely helpful and excellent at her job. RMT was very good at her job.

Everything went amazing and professionally

My esthetician was lovely. Went the extra mile..this form has a glitch and made an assumption that I was less than satisfied on one question. That is not the case.
