Our party host was very helpful and friendly. The kids really enjoyed themselves. My son had the best party ever.

The hostess we had for our party was AMAZING ! I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work she was on time with everything, cleaned and prepped , her energy was amazing . She will be the reason I will bring my child back to this park !!! The young lady did an AMAZING JOB and portrayed your company in the best light ever ! I am HIGHLY SATISFIED AND GRATEFUL FOR HER ! Unfortunately I forgot to write her name down but my sons party was on 3/1/2020 on Sunday at 3pm - 5pm ( K. Ross )

It was not over crowded. The party host was awesome. The food workers were nice

Kids enjoyed it. I was more upset that people didn't show up to the party and I still had to pay full price. My 2 kids and of their 3 friends showed up. So 5 didn't show up.

Natalie M was out party leader and she went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, safe, and fun. She was prepared for our arrival, eager to help, super informed, and very patient as our guests arrived. My son had a WONDERFUL time and our guests didn't want to leave. Well done all the way around. We will be back!

We when was checking in the party room entrance a group was checking out & spilled there drink..we informed a lady that someone had spilled something, a guest of my party arrived and her son fell wetting his clothes and hurting his arm.. the mom was very up set & we asked to speak with a manager, but no one never showed up to discuss our concerns...

The birthday party reservations was easy to make. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was clean and safe.

Skyzone is a great place to bring your teenager. They have fun in a safe place. The staff is helpful.

Issue with reservation was quickly was resolved. Staff was very helpful. Hostess was very helpful.

Just wish for the pricing for certain packages, more jumpers should be allowed for parties
