Very please with the service!

The associate who was helping me seemed to not want to be there. She was helpful but her attitude was poor. I also felt rushed.

Wish the selection was better. Not enough range

I didn’t receive the over night bag to put the bracelet in or the cloth to clean the bracelet even tho I asked for it. The sales lady just put the bracelet in the bag and wrapped it up.

I just got shell shocked by the price of the Family Roots piece. I still bought them, because I had my daughters with me and we all wanted them. I was informed after my surprise at the cost that it is made of 14k gold, and the girls really liked them. I’m accustomed to spending $50 on pieces, so this is a treat for us. I think if someone had said upfront how expensive they were I would have bought more in quantity of pieces. All that being said, I’m still very pleased with the products. I was just very shocked for a few moments. By the way, the 12 mints same as cash was actually what cinched the deal, other wise I would Ave told the girls no.

I feel the associate was a lil standoffish, but after looking at merchandise. They became more friendly and helpful

It was a good experience. There was too many people for the store size for my liking to have sAfe distance. I do not think it was the store associated fault at all. The associate who helped me was not very knowledgeable about locations of items. There was a long search for a few items I purchased.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience. This is the third time that I have made purchases from this location and have been happy each and every time. The Pandora team is doing a great good.

I was looking specifically for a glass bead to add to my bracket. There were not many choices, as these beads are being phased out. I was disappointed. So then I decided to look at all the choices and then sales associated was not very willing to show me the other options for beads. It seemed she didn't want to pull out the trays to show me the various beads. I just bought one of the glass beads, even thought I didn't see the rest of them to be out of the store. I never felt so displeased with a purchase experience around jewelry in my life.
