This Pandora store specifically is very clean, professional, and has all of the Pandora products set up in an appealing and convenient manner. It is very customer friendly and you have a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. The staff is very helpful in making selections and allowing customers to "try" on the merchandise so you know exactly what pieces you want.

Nancy was the associate that helped me and she was AMAZING! I knew exactly what I was buying before I got to the store. I as always started looking at other stuff and changing my mind and she was patient, kind, and helpful. I had a friend worth me that I decided to buy a necklace for her while I was there and Nancy helped me without my friend ever knowing what I was doing! The employees in this store are always top notch in my opinion. The payments were not going through because of the amount of shoppers I guess, I was going to be late picking my son up from school and there was one other employee I'm not sure of her name, she went completely out of her way to help get me out of the store on time. Best pandora store I have ever been to hands down!!!

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store although one of the items I wanted was not available , I was given an update on when it would be avaible

sales associates were very attentive and spent a good deal of time assisting with selections. they also provided multiple options to choose from, charms etc. sales associates were more than willing to answer any questions regarding products chosen.

The purchase was easy and seemless! Everyone in the store was caring and helpful! I felt like they genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I had found exactly what I was looking for!

I had to come back to the store several times to get what made my wife happy,the sales ladies were patient with me until we got it right..thanks for the good experience
