The only issue I had with booking our party was the fact there were lots of staff on hand however, there was no staff monitoring the jump areas. I had a birthday party for my 8 year old son and all of his friends including himself cried at least once due to other jumpers being extremely rough in the areas. The jousting area was completely out of control. My boys were all playing and having fun then some other child joined in and was sweeping their feet throwing the sticks at them, hitting them in the face and yet no staff were anywhere to be found. We have been there before and been 3 of the 9 people in the whole place and yet two staff members were walking around making sure all rules were followed and here we are with a couple parties going on who have paid a ton of money and all staff is behind the counters and sitting the back room. I was very upset by this given we were a party with younger children.

The manager and staff members were all great except we had an issue with two boys sneaking into our party room, drinking our drinks and even licking our cake. Luckily we were able to see them upstairs and yelled saying what are you doing? A worker caught them when they came down stairs. They looked at the cameras and were able to see they didn’t mess with anyone’s personal items or gifts but they did drink the drinks and the one boy stuck his finger in the cake and licked it. They had said the kids were being kicked out but then due to them being with another party they weren’t, the kids did end up apologizing however our cake was still licked by other guests. The staff was all apologetic but maybe the upstairs should be watched more so this doesn’t happen to other party guests in the future.

We only had 1 hour to jump. The working took 15 minutes reading the instruction book to the kids...word for word on how the nerf area worked. waist of time and then he threatened to read it again because they were not listening. kids attention span isn't that long! wasted a lot of jump time. 1 hour in the party room is too long also. kids would rather jump then have me pay charades with them to entertain them for 30 min. or I had to pay more money for them to go back and finish jumping for 30 min. I will have my next party at altitude if this is going to be the rules for b-day parties.

Seemed a little inorganic at check in

I didn’t get the swag bags at the party.. I didn’t realize this until after our party was over.

For a party of 10, that comes with 2 pizza, the pizzas were sliced into 8 slices per pizza, so for 10 hungry kids, that is not even 2 slices each. I would suggest that the slices be smaller and enough for each member of the party to have at least 2 pieces. Also, the kids would have enjoyed the 2 hours of jumping and coming in and out of the party room (not 1 hour jump and 1 hour sitting in a party room). And there were empty party rooms so it wasn't that we were keeping others from use of the room. The kids were so thirsty within the 1st hour, but we had to wait for the 2nd hour for our drinks and the room. Our Hostess was great, but I think your party policy can be adjusted to be a better fit for parties. Kristine Morris
