The staff was very attentive to our needs and questions during the birthday party.

We all had a blast and everyone at her party wants to come back

From the moment we walked in we were being taken care of. I had 3 adults and 9, 7 year olds in our birthday party. We arrived early and were taken care of, as I was not sure what to do with that many boys until we could jump. The staff was beyond helpful and very attentive. In the 24 hours since our party I have highly recommended SkyZone to family and friends. We will definitely be taking our son back soon!

Our party host, Morgan, was amazing! She helped entertain the kids while we waited for everyone to arrive. She also checked on us throughout our party and was great with the kids. This party was super successful because the staff made everything so easy! The kids had a ball!

The party host for my sons birthday party were great! They made all the kids feel welcomed and all had a great time.

There are multiple party rooms at the facility. We had 15 jumpers setup and I had mentioned at least 10 more for the birthday party on top of that. We were given a small room below the other two without enough space and it was really warm. The temperature could not be controlled and it caused many people to be uncomfortable. The other two party rooms are bigger and more comfortable. Next time we will make sure to use one of them and specifically request that upon reservation.

Overall the experience was positive. The challenges were the following: 1. I was not contacted after I made my online reservation and had to phone the day of the party to have questions answered 2. The check-in time was delayed; we were scheduled for children to being jumping at 3:00 but did not begin the process until after 3:00, which took about 15 minutes Otherwise the staff were great--professional, friendly, and helpful.

I was satisfied. The party was fun. The kids don’t like the pizza at all. There were lots of complaints about it. Some kids didn’t take any because they knew they didn’t like it from previous parties and the ones that did take some said they didn’t like it. We took home a whole pizza and we had 10 normally ravenous 9 year old boys there. Other than the food everything was great.

Staff were inattentive, staff promised to help set up but was over booked, had to wait for items which took a lot of time and we only had the party room 1 hour

When I called they said that there was a 2 hour jump time and 1 hour in the party room. When we were there I was told it was only an hour each. Thankfully hour party host talked to the manager and said this time it was fine but in the future it is only one hour in each area.. Even my receipt said I had a total of 3 hours. Just a miss communication thing I guess
