Our team member Mireille did an awesome job helping to set up the decorations for the birthday party and host a party that was fun for the kids and took all the work off of me as the hostess! The kids always have a blast at sky zone and the birthday party was a huge success!

Our party host, Steve was awesome and so attentive to anything we needed. The kids all had a great time at the party and loved the jumping. It was so easy to host my daughter's party here and the staff really handled everything from taking the cupcakes and coats to the room to helping serve the pizza.

It was clean. The food was good. The park gave plenty of options for the kids to play and run around.

Our hostess was extremely helpful. Kids got checked in quick and had a blast. Had no issues at all.

I am a single working mom so the thought of a birthday party for 11 year olds was daunting, but I wanted my son to have a party. I thought it would be 2 rough hours keeping kids in line while jumping, and while in the party room. That was not the case at all! Mireille took care of everything! It was the most relaxing birthday party ever and I was able to enjoy watching my son enjoying his party. Priceless!

This was one of the best birthday parties we have had for our daughter. All the kids had a blast. With 15 kids and several adults, the party room was plenty large enough. Our party host was great, checking on us all the right times. In the future, I'd ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time of the party. The jump time was shortened by people arriving at noon (or a few minutes after) and having to sign waivers, get changed into socks, etc. That is not the fault of the party host, but just something that you may want to mention at the time the party is scheduled if it doesn't already say that. Overall, the party was stress free and I loved the room!

The process was really easy and the staff was absolutely amazing. All of the kids and adults had so much fun. Lexi and Cj were so helpful and friendly and made the experience that much better.

Our party person filled the time in the party room keeping the kids entertained. It was great being able to relax while the party was going on. Check in was pretty quick.

Easy to book to book online. Horrible communication. Received a call a week before to confirm. They said on the call 1 hr jump/1 hr party. When I booked it, it was 2 hr jump/1 hr party. I left 3 messages no return call. 4th call I made finally spoke to someone. Attendants during the party were not attentive to the party. Were not greeted or followed up with. Had to approach and ask them for help when checking in and to find out where I pizzas and drinks were. Ran out of drinks twice. Very few people on the floor monitoring jump areas. Luckily my husband I and were there to watch the children with us.

Had a problem at check out, but the team member corrected it right away, also our post host was great with the kids and made the experience extremely easy. Thanks so much
