Expensive. Too long in the party room for kids with lots of energy, would have rather had extra play time. Staff was great!

Two reasons: (1). Made some minor changes to the reservation the morning of the evening birthday party but the changes had not been communicated to the host that checked us in causing delays and an upset kid (2). The tables / seating area near the concession stand were dirty.

The check in team member seemed to have a difficult time staying focused, was easily distracted with other parties approaching the check in desk, appeared anxious with 2 parties waiting for check in, ran off to get help, came back with help, that team member appeared stressed and overwhelmed. During this process a second team member came to our computer and ran a payment for another party which was actually paying for my remaining balance instead of there own. Both team members became overwhelmed and stressed again. Having worried customer service myself as a youth I understand kinks with a facility that is newer and chalked up our experience to this. However, the amount of anxiety these team members were expressing did not make us feel confident about our experience.

I like the Chanticlear pizza and when I booked I asked how many I would need for 15 people they said 3 pizzas. But that wasn't enough so I had to have the pizza you guys make and it isn't good. It would be nice for people to know how many pizzas and why charge $15 .isn't 9.00 enough per pizza

The check in was a little hectic and not well organized or explained along with the rules and what was all there for the kids to do. Also we didn't realize until we got home that we didn't get our free jump pass for my daughter which was part of the package we paid for.

The bday party cost was a little high. And the jump time could be 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour. Also the employee that was part of out bday was very nice and efficient. We were tight with our time in the party room, but that is expected on a Saturday. Overall happy.

I thought the time spent in the party room needs to be much more. Everything was rushed. Over $500 for less than 2 hours was disappointing.

I would like to better pizza offered for cost of money for the party cost! Or other options of food

1. I was going to get the décor package for my party, but when I got the confirmation call on Wednesday, event was Sunday, that they couldn't do the décor anymore. So I had to figure out my own decorations, which is hard when I am very busy to begin with. 2. I felt like every time that I called with a question, another question came about - staff didn't seem very consistent in their knowledge...and this was not only booking the event but during the event as well. 3. Continuing from #2, a parent in our group asked if we could jump. One staff member said yes, but then later I was told we couldn't...so what's the point in buying sky socks then?? I feel like we were ripped off by the inconsistency in information. I also ended up having to pay for a BABY to jump, which she didn't!
